Description

EXFO FTB-1v2 PRO is a fiber network testing platform equipped with FTBx-720C-SM1 OTDR module. The platform has a sturdy ergonomic body, a powerful dual-core processor (4 GB RAM), and a large high-quality 20.3 cm touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 × 800. It is a light-weight compact reflectometer allowing field technicians to carry out dedicated optical, Ethernet, multiservice and radio frequency (RF) interference test applications simply and efficiently thanks to its ultra-powerful processing and highly intuitive interface.

The platform is quipped with an FTBx-720C-SM1 module with a dynamic range of 36/35 dB and a wavelength of 1310/1550 nm. Besides OTDR-based application, the module may operate in an iOLM mode, locating and identifying faults with maximum resolution, all at the push of a single button (option).
