Description
OWON LCR2020 is a precision benchtop RLC meter controlled by high-performance 32-bit ARM microprocessor. It measures inductance, capacitance, resistance value, complex impedance, quality factor, loss tangent value, phase angle, and DC resistance with an accuracy of 0.05%. It supports measurement frequencies from 10 Hz to 20 kHz, offers sorting and data storage functions, and features interfaces for RS-232C, Handler, and USB The device supports SCPI and Modbus protocols for remote control and data acquisition.
