Signalfire AI-7C is a fusion splicer utilized for splicing fiber optic cables in the construction of medium and short-distance highways, as well as the installation of FTTH networks.

This splicing device boasts exceptionally rapid splicing and heating times, at 8 and 18 seconds respectively, employing advanced core alignment technology with six motors and autofocus. It fully complies with all recognized standards for fiber optic cable splicing.

The Signalfire AI-7C is equipped with ceramic holders designed to accommodate single/multi-mode, multi-core cable/bare fiber, tail fiber, jumper fiber, drop cables. Ceramics are known for their high hardness and durability, maintaining their shape even at high temperatures. The V-groove ensures stable fiber retention throughout the splicing process.

Moreover, the device comes with a flashlight, allowing work to continue at night, drawing power from the device and adjustable to any convenient direction. Additionally, the Signalfire AI-7C adjusts screen brightness for optimal use in bright sunlight. It even provides the capability to charge your smartphone using a USB cable, ensuring connectivity even when far from the nearest outlet.
