Description
SIGLENT SHA851A is a versatile handheld spectrum analyzer and cable-and-antenna tester with a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.6 GHz. Designed with field engineers in mind, the SHA851A comes equipped with an 8.4-inch (21.3 cm) 800×600 pixels large touchscreen display and a convenient knob-and-key operation.
SIGLENT SHA851A provides automatic measurements and has various operation modes, making it highly suitable for tasks such as broadcast monitoring, channel power scanning, wireless interference detection, power monitoring, and electromagnetic compatibility testing. It also includes a built-in amplifier and independent signal source for added flexibility.
The cable-and-antenna tester functionality of the SIGLENT SHA851A is equipped with features like built-in DC voltage bias and a 1-path-2-port vector network analysis capability. This allows it to perform tasks such as TDR measurements, VSWR analysis, port matching debugging, insertion loss measurement, tower amplifier debugging, cable fault location, and Smith chart analysis.
SIGLENT SHA851A comes with a standard bag and hand strap to either carry it over the shoulder or hold it securely by hand and has a working time of up to 4 hours on a single battery. For enhanced functionality, it can also be equipped with GPS and directional antenna options, making it a dependable tool for outdoor applications.
