SIGLENT SSG5060X is a single-channel signal generator with a frequency range of 9 kHz ~ 6 GHz (CW MODE). The device can generate analog and vector signals. The SSG5000X series features the industry-leading performance in phase noise, spectral purity, bandwidth, EVM and output power measurements.
The SIGLENT SSG5060X is a powerful and reliable signal generator that is perfect for research and development, as well as for educational and industrial purposes.
