RIGOL DS4014 digital oscilloscope is a new generation high-quality four-channel oscilloscope (100 MHz). This compact lightweight digital oscilloscope provides exceptionally accurate waveform viewing and measurements. RIGOL DS4014 provides up to 110.000 wfms/s waveform acquisition rate, which ensures a more rapid capturing of instantaneous or abnormal signals for accelerating signal analysis and fault tracing.
RIGOL DS4014 digital oscilloscope is ideal for production tests, field service, research, design and all other applications involving analog/digital circuit tests and troubleshooting, as well as education and training.
