SIGLENT SDS-5000X-16LA is a user-installable option that turns your SIGLENT SDS5000X series oscilloscope into a mixed-signal scope (MSO), adding an 16-channel, 1.25 GSa/s, 62.5 Mpts Logic Analyzer.
To activate this software on a previously purchased device, please provide the unit's Serial and ID Numbers.
Note! This option does not include the SIGLENT SPL1016 Logic Probe.
